Paynes Road Precinct Structure Plan (âthe PSPâ) has been prepared by the Metropolitan Planning Authority (MPA) in consultation with Melton City Council and with the assistance of Government agencies, service authorities and major stakeholders.
The PSP applies to approximately 199 hectares of land located approximately 30 kms from Melbourne CBD. The plan is an amendment to the incorporate Toolern Precinct Structure Plan, and formally referred to as PSP 31.2 Toolern Precinct Structure Plan, Part C. The PSP changes the future land use to residential from the employment-based zoning applied under the Toolern PSP, a revised land use outcome established by the West Growth Corridor Plan.
