Our New Communities division specialises in managing the sales and marketing of projects on behalf of our developer clients. This involves working closely with developers from the early planning stages of developments to recommending the right lot mix, pricing strategy, engaging builder partners; and a sales and marketing strategy to ensure outstanding results with continued momentum are achieved when launching a project to the market.
We work with our clients to understand their objectives, which assists in building their project-specific brands that connect and relate to specific sub-markets and buyers, we create marketing strategies that drive traffic to the project to ensure we sales targets are met and exceeded.
In order to maximise sales, our team will work with developers in the early stages and workshop the most effective and efficient strategy to take a project to market. To do this we commence any project with a project marketing workshop. Our project director’s main role apart from delivering your sales is to manage all external stakeholders such as creative agencies, media agencies and so forth.
