Head of Planning
David is an infrastructure, urban planning and property specialist with experience in Government Relations – Major Project facilitation, Planning, Design, Property Development and Project Management. He has worked at the highest level as a Senior Executive within the Victorian Government with responsibility for the Victorian Urban Planning and Building regulation systems. Prior to this David was an Executive Director within the Victorian Government’s Major Projects Unit.
In this role he was responsible for a number of landmark Government projects including;
- The 2006 Commonwealth Games Village – value $850m
- The redevelopment of Waverley Park, $700m – value $350m
- Beacon Cove – value $400m
- Kew Cottages redevelopment – value $600m
- Government oversight on behalf of the Minister for Major Projects of VicUrban the Victorian
- Government’s Land Development agency – portfolio valued in excess of $500m

Head of Marketing
Satinder Sanghera is a Marketing and Communications specialist with 20 years of design agency experience, and a licensed real estate agent with sound local knowledge. He is responsible for the delivery of the firm’s marketing & communications strategy, and with an additional focus on local marketing. This includes brand; advertising; digital marketing; graphic design; public relations; business development; event management; internal communications; client communications; social media; and change management initiatives.
